🔷  Professor of philosophy at the University of Glasgow. Katharine works on social philosophy. She is the author of Ontology and Oppression: Race, Gender, and Social Reality (OUP, 2023) which examines the nature of social categories that are bound up with oppression, and the ways in which emancipatory social movements can best respond to such categories in view of the important role they play in many people’s identities. 

🔷 Founder of the research agency Elgon Social (Cambridge), policy lead of the ESRC-funded project 'Digital Good Network', co-founder of the Ada Lovelace Institute. Reema's work focuses on participatory research, public engagement and tech ethics. She is currently leading a project examining the mental models that underlie the way we think about data and data governance. 

🔷 Founder and director of Future Narratives Lab (London), an independent research organisation working with charities, campaining groups, and other civil society actors on complex social and political challenges. His team uses narrative analysis, message testing, training workshops, and strategy development to understand the cultural assumptions shaping public debate and develop more effective strategies for social change.
